About Us

Cynthia and Katy met while working at JB Goodwin Realtors. Their outgoing personalities and love of central Austin made them quick friends. They share a lot in common- both personally and on a business level.  They approach their businesses and clients with the same fervor and love to be on top of what is going on in Austin. They both feel like they are a great representation of the young professionals you can find roaming around this fun town and taking advantage of everything Austin has to offer!

Katy is one of the few people lucky enough to be called a true Austinite. She grew up in west Austin and spent her college years at University of San Diego earning a degree in Business Administration and Spanish. From there, she spent her early career as a financial analyst in Commercial Real Estate Finance in Manhattan.  Her worldly sense of adventure then took her to Europe where she worked for a hotel acquisition group along the Adriatic Coast. After years of living away from Austin, Katy knew it was time to start a new adventure in her growing hometown.  Real Estate seemed to be the next step and easy transition for her, as her great grandmother was the first woman in the state of Texas to own her own real estate company, alongside with her grandmother who was a REALTOR for over 40 years, and her mother a real estate attorney. So we can say, real estate is in her blood! In her free time, you can find her teaching or practicing yoga. She is actively involved in the local yoga community, and teaches at Yoga Vida and Yogagroove. She also spends a few hours a week volunteering with the Meals on Wheels “Groceries To Go” program.  Katy is a Clarksville resident and is active on her condo’s homeowners’ association and is a member of the Old West Austin Neighborhood Association.  She loves hanging out in all of the great Austin eateries, listening to live-music, walking Town Lake, and being with her friends and family.

Cynthia is your quintessential Austin transplant! Having lived all over South America, and earning a Marketing and International Business degree from Texas A&M, she and her husband finally call Austin home.  Cynthia has a keen eye for design as she worked in interior design and in the custom home building business in Santa Barbara, California prior to becoming a REALTOR.  She currently resides in the well sought after 78704 zip and can tell you where to go for the most authentic Persian food in town, as well as the best margarita!  In her free time you can find her playing with her beloved doggies, exploring new restaurants, or remodeling her home with her husband.  She is an active volunteer and member of the Austin Junior League, Austin Young Real Estate Professionals, Austin Aggie Young Professionals, and BvB Austin.
